A couple of months back, I just gotta say thanks for all the hard work you put into making the dress, especially getting it done in such a short time. My mom was a bit unsure at first, but she ended up really loving how it turned out. She even started telling others about your shop and suggested I should definitely order from you again! I received tons of compliments on the dress, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the fabric had some glitter, which the pictures didn’t show. That was a lovely surprise since it was exactly what I wanted. Thanks once more, and have an awesome summer! Looking forward to another big event as a reason to shop with you again!

I was really unsure about buying a gown online, so I contacted Promfast to check if I could send it back if it didn’t fit right. Since I wasn’t getting a custom size, they said it was fine (I’ve got the emails to back that up). When the dress finally came, I found it to be poorly constructed, with a terrible polyester lining that had me sweating in no time. I reached out to Promfast for the return label, but they just vanished! After a bunch of emails where they insisted the dress was a custom size (which it definitely wasn’t, just a regular size 2 US), they completely stopped replying. This is a sketchy operation with some dodgy practices - watch out!

I had my doubts about shopping online and their odd return policy, so I reached out to customer service to see if I could send the dress back if it didn’t fit. They replied with a simple 'yes'. When the dress finally showed up, it was super poorly made, and I requested a return label. It's been a few months now, and I still haven’t heard back. They’re just trying to reel you in, so watch out! If returning isn’t an option, that’s already a big warning sign!

I bought a wedding gown for $183.00. With shipping, I ended up spending close to $200.00. It took roughly a month to arrive, which I anticipated since I required custom sizing. The gown goes beyond what I hoped for. It's constructed really well, with a sturdy fabric and solid stitching. They made it a tad big to give room for adjustments. Overall, I'm super happy with this buy.
